"Over the course of just less than a year I have been training at the HiPerformance gym in Oakville. I started off with Tyler Lord and within a week I was already seeing increased stamina and overal physical fitness. After about a week or so Tyler paired me up with Charles Allen, who I have been working with ever since. Charles has taken my game to a whole new level, his Olympic training techniques have improved every aspect of my physical conditioning, strength and mental awareness. The great atmosphere of a ono-on-one training facility really sets the tone and every time I walk up those stairs, I know I'm going to be pushed as much as possible."
